Steel, wood, aluminum, or glass-paneled — 5 Star Garage Door Service measures your Old Greenwich, CT opening precisely and installs a door sized and balanced to fit it correctly.
Every Old Greenwich, CT technician dispatched for Garage Door Installation carries the specific tools and parts this job requires, not a generic all-purpose kit.
We'd rather send one truck that's actually equipped for garage door installation than three that aren't, even if it means a slightly longer wait on a rare occasion.
We measure your actual opening rather than working from assumed standard sizes.

Crews are scheduled with enough time to complete the full install, not rushed.

The most common choice for durability and value — we match gauge thickness to your Old Greenwich, CT climate and wind exposure.
Real wood and composite carriage doors add distinct curb appeal — carriage-style hardware gets installed to match the aesthetic, not just the panel.
Lightweight aluminum frames with glass panels suit modern architectural styles — we reinforce mounting hardware since glass changes weight distribution.
Upgrading to an insulated door improves temperature control — insulated doors also tend to run quieter due to added panel density.
Older homes sometimes have openings that don't match standard sizes — we source or fabricate to fit.
